• Potatoes, 1-inch cubes 400°F 12 - 14 minutes Turn & rotate air fryer basket halfway through air frying.

• Yes, very energy efficient. About the potatoes, I’m not sure. All I know that it cooks thoroughly and very quick. So read the booklet that it comes with.
