A:AnswerHi,
You can use your Best Buy Totaltech Yearly Subscription to mount an old TV. Best Buy Totaltech members receive free TV mounting on all TVs 56 inches and larger, regardless of when you purchased them.
However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
The TV must be in good working condition.
You must provide your own wall mount.
The TV must be mounted at a height of 8 feet or less.
The TV must be mounted in a location that is accessible to a Best Buy technician.
I hope this info helps!
A:AnswerIt was relevantly simple to cancel the membership. It can be done online through the Best buy site or there was a phone number listed that you can call.
A:AnswerHi,
Yes, Best Buy Totaltech Yearly Membership covers car audio installations, including receivers, 6x9 speakers, and amplifiers. Geek Squad members will professionally install your new car audio system, and you'll get a free consultation to help you choose the right gear for your needs.
To schedule a car audio installation, you can visit a Best Buy store or call Geek Squad at 1-888-BEST-BUY. Be sure to have your Totaltech membership number handy.
If you're planning on installing a new car audio system, I recommend joining Best Buy Totaltech Yearly Membership. It's a great way to save money on installation and get peace of mind knowing that your system is installed by professionals.

A:AnswerYou will never get your item. TotalTech will keep your item in limbo, causing you to continually reschedule delivery until you pay the annual membership fee again and again and again. The reality is you will never get your item.
A:AnswerNothing is green TotalTech will schedule maintenance and install on a date that is BEFORE the appliance is actually delivered. In TotalTech’s imaginary world they can install and repair appliances that have not yet been delivered. That is because BestBuy will NEVER deliver your appliance.
A:AnswerI am not at all happy with Geek Squad. No longer have a plan that isn't very expensive. I don't need any of the options they make me purchase. All I need is a plan that will have Webroot and a few tune ups in a year. To me it's simply outrageous for them to just drop a plan that doesn't let me decide what I want to cover. You try to get answers to questions about their plan and you are on hold for sometimes 30 minutes or they never answer and I get frustrated holding so long. You have to wait over a week just to get an appt. to drop a gps in for map updates!!!! And it was on a Sat. late afternoon or wait longer for an appt.
A:AnswerYour Totaltech membership gives you free standard delivery and installation for TVs when you purchase them with an active membership. This includes mounting on drywall, over the fireplace, or on advanced surfaces such as brick, stone, or metal! Check out the full benefits by going to www.bestbuy.com/totaltech
A:AnswerThat is correct, Susan. The previous Geek Squad Tech Support memberships were converted over to Totaltech memberships in 2021. To check out all of your added benefits for being a Totaltech member, please visit www.BestBuy.com/Totaltech. We look forward to continuing to support all of your technology needs!
A:AnswerIf i buy a tv while i have total tech, i get a total tech warranty not geek squad. If i do not renew total tech i lose my protection on the tv. I do not have the option to buy the normal 5 year geek squad warranty. A five year geek squad warranty averages about $250 on a tv. Five years of total tech is $1000. I have an issue with this.
