A:AnswerI would suggest going directly into a Best Buy store & talking personally with someone at the Service Desk. They will be able to answer all your questions. Or, you can initiate the phone call directly to your local Best Buy store to avoid any chance of clicking on any spam emails, etc.
A:AnswerMine is renewed automatically every year. They send an e-mail about a month before the renewal date to let you know that it will be renewed. I suppose the best thing to do if your concerned is to call your local BestBuy and ask but I've never had to do that.
