QuestionI have two Blink outdoor camera's & a BSM00203US Sync module. I just purchased two indoor camera's & a doorbell camera. If I don't want to use the subscription for cloud storage, do I need to buy a specific Blink flash drive to use on my Sync module?

QuestionWhat to do if back doesn't stay clipped on back of doorbell? I watched video and tried numerous times. It will not click on. I don’t want to have to return it since I purchased it with the sync module and everything is all set up and working .

QuestionWhat does it mean wireless? Wifi connected? Or wireless powered. We don't have a current doorbell to rewire a new doorbell and I'm not looking to drill to connect to fuse box or anything.

- Answer The kit with the video doorbell and Sync module comes with an angle mount. The doorbell only kit does not. They sell angle mounts on Amazon for $8.

- Answer Yes it can be heard in the house if you hook it up to your old doorbell. If someone presses the blink doorbell you will hear it inside.

- Answer Yeah the power from your wired doorbell will not power these. The blink doorbell will only operate on battery power and the wire is only to connect it to your existing doorbell "Chime" Having said that, maybe you need to adjust your settings as I've had mine now for 7 months and still have not had to change the battery despite having it record 8-10 30s clips per day on average.

- Answer A sync module is required for all features to work, including 2 way audio. The doorbell will not be accessible without it.

- Answer The camera does not record continuously. You can change the sensitivity to where it won’t record unless you are close to the camera
