My best answer for your issue is to call Canon Customer Service. They might ask you to purchase a new CD, but if you go to their Tech Support, they might be able to walk you through the fix. I had to call them for an issue I had with my other Canon printer regarding a problem with the FAX function. They spent as much time as I needed to get the issue fixed, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Good luck.

There is a wireless network option within the menu structuring on the printer. Use the touchscreen to select the network you wish to connect to and enter a pass key or phrase and connect.
