this can only control 2 garage doors, you would need to buy one extra module for the second door and an entire unit for the 3rd door.

From the way it looks in the app - you can add more "doors". I.e. you should be able to. Manual calls out close placement of control box to the openers - it is possible for 2 doors, but for 3 doors could be less than ideal. Verify with Chamberlain.

Each base unit comes with 1 door sensor and BestBuy at time of writing this sells additional door sensors. You will need for 3 doors to purchase 2 My Q Base Units 1 Extra Door Sensor and establish 2 MyQ garage online accounts. -- Full Disclosure I'm an associate of a BestBuy store but this review/statement is based on my private experience using this product.
