Dont buy from best buy. Best buy is the worst company I have dealt with. We purchased this laptop which turned out to be defective. They told us to send it back and they will ship a new one. We sent it back immediately and did not hear back from them for more than a week. I tried calling more than 10 times, left a call back number..when that didn't work I was on the phone for more than 2 hours and an agent picked up and put me on hold again for more than an hour. Never got back
