- Answer I have the 7391, which is awesome, but also gets a little toasty sometimes. I found a few different things on websites and found when I made these changes, the heat dropped from 80-85 to 40-45. 1. Open "Dell Power Manager" app, under "battery information" (the first tab) go to "settings" on right side of screen and choose "Primarily AC use", then got to "thermal manager" (the third tab) and choose "Cool" setting. Close app. 2. Click "battery" on far right of taskbar and move slider to the middle. 3. Turn off Intel Turbo Boost in BIOS menu, to do this power off laptop, begin pressing "F2" repeatedly while powering on the laptop until you see "entering BIOS menu", go to "Performance" tab in BIOS menu and towards the bottom is the option of turning off turbo-boost (toggle off), then at bottom of screen choose "change settings", after exit BIOS and laptop will reboot into regular mode and that is it, hopefully it will do the trick (it worked for me).

- Answer The 2020 one is 2.8 pounds and 2019 is 3.2 pounds and the 2020 model has lesser bezels and more portable.

- Answer You can use the Dell D6000 docking station with this system and since the system has only two PCIe NVMe Gen 3 x4 slot, there is no space to add a hard drive.

- Answer I do some video editing but not real heavy duty stuff. Primarily l just use it cutting and splicing with a low end editor. Works well for what I need. The size is great for taking with you though so great machine for traveling.

- Answer We recommend you to contact Best Buy customer care team and they will assist you with this information. However, if you are looking only for an external CD/DVD drive, you can have a look at Dell's USB Slim DVD±RW drive - DW316. Please note that this does not play Blu ray disc.

- Answer in regards to Dell, you'd need to call their warranty dep or CS. but in general the product itself is warrantred regardless of jurisdiction. Now, when it comes to BestBuys i assume its only valid where THEY are located (U.S.) But, ur welcome to call their geeksquad to verify.

- Answer The laptops cannot scan a copy unless they have been connected to a scanner or a send a fax unless it's connected to a fax machine. However, yes, this will support all those and an excellent choice to use this for home or school/college.
