• in regards to Dell, you'd need to call their warranty dep or CS. but in general the product itself is warrantred regardless of jurisdiction. Now, when it comes to BestBuys i assume its only valid where THEY are located (U.S.) But, ur welcome to call their geeksquad to verify.
