Yes, this comes with one year warranty on manufacture's parts and labor. You can contact the Dell's technical support team via Twitter (@DellCares) and of the technical support representatives will assist you further with this issue.

Yes you can get support from Dell and actually first time they may offer you support at your home. I am very happy with Dell support.
