The Dyson Big Ball Canister vacuum, along with our other canister vacuums, are generally among our most powerful offering in the Dyson line of vacuum cleaners. The brush bar on this model is powered by suction power so if you find that whilst vacuuming a shag pile carpeting that the brush bar seems to stop, you can slow down the brush bar which should allow you to vacuum that surface without any issues.
