- Answer Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. The Dyson Big Ball Bagless Canister comes with a combination tool and stair tool. Both of these can be stored directly on the machine. QuestionCompared to most canister vacuums, how would you rate this model on a scale from 1 to 10 where 1 is VERY QUIET and 10 is VERY LOUD? I recently returned a loser that had an ear piercing noise of 10!!

QuestionCan anyone tell me how hard or easy it is to clean the carpet/floor brush? Does hair get caught up in the roller? My old Dyson canister vac, D11 roller brush had to have the hair pulled out of it. Thank you!

QuestionHow heavy is just the wand and the brush part i.e. without the hose and cannister? I have a Kenmore and the wand + brush is heavy and hard to manouvre. Does it come with a seperate brush for carpet and hardwood?

- Answer Extremely light and easy to maneuver. The canister rights itself if tipped over. Same brush for all surfaces.Brush rollers remove for easy cleaning.

- Answer Unfortunately it’s not as good with longer carpet as some of the standup models. I hope they put out a powered attachment as opposed to the current one which runs via vacuum pressure.

If you do have pets in the home, you will want to just ensure you're keeping the brush bar clear of hair, so that it's not able to accumulate there around the spindles of the brush bar and cause damage to the brush bar motor.
