“Can anyone tell me how hard or easy it is to clean the carpet/floor brush? Does hair get caught up in the roller? My old Dyson canister vac, D11 roller brush had to have the hair pulled out of it. Thank you!”

Hello Dengirl3, This is Miella from Dyson. Routine maintenance, including removing excess hair from the brushbar, is required, but is very simple and outlined in the user manual. Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Support

Please try again later.We have three other Dyson vacuum cleaners and this is the easiest brush mechanism to clean, however, any roller brush vacuum, if it is effective, will pick up hair that will wrap around the roller brush that will have to be removed. It is easy to do on this machine.
