“Does this vacuum work on high pile carpet and does it pick up hair on high pile carpet? I currently have the DC26 model and the brush head does not work on carpet.”

Unfortunately it’s not as good with longer carpet as some of the standup models. I hope they put out a powered attachment as opposed to the current one which runs via vacuum pressure.
