• Yes, under the device settings of the Garmin Connect app it can be disabled. ~JH

• Yes you can! In the connect app on your phone or device go settings....(Might be in the small ... lower right on my device) Choose Garmin devices.... choose your vivosmart HR device.....choose device settings and turn off Move Alert. After you sync the device to the Vivosmart you will no longer get move reminders, everything else works the same!
