“I have noticed it doesn't count my steps in my arms are still while walking for example I was pushing the stroller and it stopped but when I pushed with one hand and dropped my arm (with the band on) down it resumed counting steps. Any suggestions?!?!?”

When I am pushing a cart in the supermarket, I put it in my pocket and it counts steps, stairs, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have owned 2 Garmin trackers. Neither counts steps when your wearing arm is still. Evidently, your arm has to swing for it to count your steps. Must just be how they function.

If the arm is not moving the device is not likely to pick up on all steps.
