• You should have the app downloaded, however they reset automatically for the next day. You can also get a PDF download off Garmins site. Just select under all they make watches/ wearable s. Hope this helps. Please rate and let BB know. Thank You

• The vivosmart HR will reset the steps automatically each day at midnight.

• Resetting the Device If the device stops responding, you may need to reset it. This does not erase any of your data or settings. You must set the time of day again. 1 Hold the device key for 10 seconds. The device turns off. 2 Hold the device key for one second to turn on the device.
