• The vívosmart HR comes with a charging/data clip that can connect to a computer running Windows or Mac operating system. Using our Garmin Express software you can upload your data to the Garmin Connect website instead of the Garmin Connect mobile app. Please note a smartphone is required to receive the smart notifications featured on the device. ~JH

• PC -> Yes (Windows/Mac) Not sure about the Chromebook. Garmin Express will not work on Chromebook.
