Q: QuestionDear Sir/Madam, Can you please let me know wash load Capacity in Kgs & drum capacity/ volume in Litres ? Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks, TWR
Asked by TWR1.
- A:Answer Hello TWR - Thank you for your interest in this amazing washer. We do not measure the capacity in weight for our units. A washer is not limited in practical terms by the pounds or weight of clothes it can wash. It is limited by the volume of clothes that can be put in the machine. So in this case, 2.4 cu ft of clothes can be washed. Keep in touch! - JB

Q: QuestionI need a dryer that vents towards the top. Does this dryer do that? Or which set works like that?
Asked by Condo6ix.
- A:Answer Hi there, We are finding that the model you have provided us with is a washer, not a dryer. But, in our research, we are finding that you should not be able to vent vertically. Venting instructions can vary between models so it is important to view the installation instructions for the model that you're looking to install. You should be able to vent, in general, from the left and right. Some models have the ability to vent from the rear however this would be something that would need to be checked in the unit's installation instructions. - You can view more information about dryer exhaust ducting through this link: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=21080 - We hope that this helped! Thank you so much for your question. -Michael

Q: QuestionHow long does the regular wash cycle take, and how long does the quick wash take?
Asked by Suz441.
- A:Answer Hi Suz441- The Normal cycle is approximately 51-60 minutes and Quick Wash is approximately 30-36 minutes (Wash time only). The actual run time could be several minutes more or less based on the need of the washer to redistribute and balance the wash load to reach maximum spin speed. These times do not include the time it takes to fill or drain the washer. Pair with GE® 24" 4.1 Cu.Ft.
