“We just bought this washer and the first load was off balance and we had it installed by the place we put it from , hubby checked to be sure it was level and it was . Did 3 more loads ever loud it is off balance. Very dis and not happy .”

Yes I have the same issue,,its a battle with every wash..The computer is also defective.Very disapointed in this GE washer.looking for another machine..What a loss.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Our Problem is the same. It is so loud when it Washing clothes. It is good looking but I have complained before & Best Buts Sendi g someone to look at it. May be solve the problem or Replace it with something which will not make that much noise
