If no extension, you might consider purchasing a Home Warranty Plan to cover your big ticket items . I spent several weeks researching Home Warranty Plans, and Old Republic offered the greatest coverage options and had the highest customer satisfaction/claim payment reviews by far; with First American, Fidelity, and One Guard having respectable results. The ones I refused to consider, based on my own personal experience and/or hundreds of customer reviews and industry articles, were American Home Shield, Choice Home Warranty and Home Svc Club. But your criteria may be different than mine, so just be sure to do your homework to find a reputable, reliable company if you go this route.

A:AnswerVery simple here is how I understand the warranty to work if you purchased the appliance along with the geek squad, three-year warranty, and the problem you’re having now with it falls into that three-year warranty then all you should have to do is simply call up your local Best Buy and they should send somebody to either fix it or replace it. I don’t know if you need the receipt, but I know at the Best Buy I go to which is here in Long Island. They usually save all that information on their computer. Hope that helps!!
