“We bought this system and it has worked incredible. Only issue is occasionally it will switch over to the ATT network we have set up vs the google network and we lose or have a weak signal. what can we do to remove the ATT network as a choice?”

Having 2 routers that creates 2 separate networks is what we called double NAT which causes issue with your connection. We recommend putting your AT&T router in Bridge mode or disable the Wi-Fi functionality to avoid double NAT related issues. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn the ATT router into a bridge network and turn off the WFI from it. This way you will only be emitting a signal from the Google Home System. You can look it up online how to do it or call ATT and they will help you step by step.
