Depending on the size of the house might be better to have 2 One is good and can support the device with no issues but once you start moving away that's when it really benefits you to have a second on the other side of the house.

Keep in mind that it needs to be connected to a modem from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to get an internet connection. As long as the Wi-Fi signal from your modem is strong and reliable, you shouldn't have any issues. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Works great with cable modem. Do not use with cable company router WiFi unit. Built to stand alone. Super easy to add stations. Each one has own Ethernet port. I use one with a powered switch to connect multiple items directly with little speed loss. Good luck.
