Hi! The Google Wi-Fi router is a device that needs to connect to the ethernet and You need an additional router for other rooms. 
The device works in various places but he will need an additional router so that’s why they sell it in twos because you might have to extend your router to other places now to put it in your camper it depends how far the router is to your camper to use it because the router on the ethernet needs to connect to the additional Wi-Fi devices once they’re connected they are always connected and they cannot be disconnected. So if The router is close to the camper then yes it will work and it’s it it’s for anything Internet TV whatever you want to use it for
