QuestionI’m was told my delivery is set for 6/13/23 7am to 7 pm but I would get a call for a narrower window for time range when should I expect this call?

- Answer For my delivery I got a call 2days before delivery and then the day before my delivery I got a email and txt with links for direct live tracking of the delivery vehicle for the next day.

QuestionMy grandma had a new fridge delivered. The delivery guys wouldn’t move her old fridge to the garage. The way to the garage is wide, close, clean, and uncluttered. They said she’d have to pay $40 to Best Buy to move it. Is this normal?

QuestionDriver showed up today, had us move our car, sat in the street for 10 minutes on the phone, and then left w/o another word. I'm told by support that the system shows I need to reschedule install but the system hasn't updated yet to allow that. Now what??

QuestionI had a 65 inch tv home delivered, I would like to exchange it because the tv has some bad dse in the middle of the screen. Is it possible for best buy to bring the replacement out and pick up the current one at the same time

- Answer I just did this. Had a 75 inch delivered and hated the TV even though I had looked at it in the store. I went to the store with the receipt, exchanged the TV for a different one and they sent techs about a week later to pick up the old tv and deliver the new one. No issues.
