“why am i given a 12 hour appointment delivery window? this is far too wide and i'm unable to plan anything in my day due to this. please provide 2 hour windows like every other provider does!”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a fridge delivered and day before delivery I got a 6 hour time frame but than on day of delivery they called to let me know they were 20 min out which worked out I got home In time for delivery hope this helps
