No, normally they destroy your new appliance, as well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes this is their standard operating procedure. It's 40 bucks regardless of whether they move it to their truck or only into the next room or attached garage. I paid to have them move the refrigerator to the garage - 12 ft away!
