“I have four wires in my current Honeywell thermostat but no C wire though. Will this thermostat work with batteries or is it not compatible? Is the C wire my only option for power besides batteries?”

• Can't use batteries. Need power source with either c wire or buy power supply and plug in. Best to hire electrician and have the c wire electrified.
