I haven't had that problem with unit since I've installed it in Sep '18. So assuming everything is wired properly, do you have the latest firmware? If yes, you may have a bad unit.

Hi there, in this case we recommend you to make sure that all the wires are firm and secure inside the terminals, that the voltage is correct (20-30 VAC between R and the rest of the wires, R&C, R&Y, R&W, etc), that there are no bent or missing pins on the back of the thermostat and that the front-plate of the thermostat is making good contact with the wall-plate.
