I haven't had that problem with unit since I've installed it in Sep '18. So assuming everything is wired properly, do you have the latest firmware? If yes, you may have a bad unit.

Please try again later.Hi there, in this case we recommend you to make sure that all the wires are firm and secure inside the terminals, that the voltage is correct (20-30 VAC between R and the rest of the wires, R&C, R&Y, R&W, etc), that there are no bent or missing pins on the back of the thermostat and that the front-plate of the thermostat is making good contact with the wall-plate.
