A:AnswerSorry I have no idea about your local laws and if this would meet your rebate requirements , in general I would think it doe not qualify , usually for energy rebates and such you would have to improve the heating/cooling ineffencies like extra insulation energy efficient windows/doors insulating air gaps in exterior facing electrical or plumbing. I don’t think Putting a more efficient thermostat Would apply unless it was an old mercury ancient thermostat .

A:AnswerYes. I am using three different Honeywell thermostat’s on Alexa. Just make sure you give each one a unique name in the Honeywell app set up. The Alexa will follow the Honeywell protocol.
A:AnswerI would say you should call honeywell. I didnt see that option when I was installing mine. But still at a degree, the stat is going what it needs to. It sees that the first stage cant keep up and kicks the second stage on.
