“Will this control my Aprilair furnace mounted humidifier?”

• I don’t think so. I have an aprilair as well and it has its own control mounted to the furnace. That control has humidity sensors on it and detects the water level in the unit. That system runs independently of the system and activates as needed. The thermostat will control your system like any other thermostat but will added functionality of controlling it from anywhere.

• Hi Abcd It is not possible to connect and control any indoor air quality product with RTH9585WF. This thermostat does not have U wire terminals on wall plate, therefore it cannot control a humidifier. -John
