- Answer Hi David. The HP Envy Photo 7855 cannot scan 11x14". It can scan 8.5x14 using the automatic document feeder. The largest width it can scan is 8.5".

QuestionI cannot get the printer to print from the photo tray. I choose 4x6 print and set the paper type settings but it still prints from the main tray. I've tried both the touch screen menu and the PC print setup. Any advice?

- Answer No, the Envy Photo 7855 does not. The OfficeJet Pro 9015 can auto duplex scan/copy in 2 passes (it flips the paper over automatically) and the OfficeJet Pro 9025 has single pass duplex scanning/copying.

QuestionHow does it work using the usb cable and wifi? When you try to print something will it give you a choice on using wifi or the direct connection to the computer with the usb connection?

- Answer If you're concerned about using archival materials for printing and selling artwork I'd recommend using a different printer that uses pigment based ink and this printer uses mostly dye based ink. Pigment based ink is more fully saturated with color and will be more archival. It's more expensive but worth it if you're serious about selling someone art that will last.

QuestionI keep getting an error message “cartridge Problem “. I’ve spoke with HP and I was advised to clean the cartridge. I’ve done that and seemed to work. Yet I keep getting the same error message. The cartridge is full so that eliminates that problem.

QuestionCan you scan a picture and print it from the touchscreen. Went to Best Buy and and there was not an option to print a photo from the scan icon. Best Buy employee did not know.
