For printing this would be done in the print dialogue on your computer. There is a way to change the default behavior but it differs depending on operating system.

The software with the printer makes it easy to modify your printer's properties options. When you go to print the Print Options window pops up. You can quickly change the double sided option by checking or unchecking the "Print on both sides of paper" lower on the window. Or you can go to "Properties" button just to the right of the printer selection pull-down which will open the "Printer Properties" window. On the right side you will see the pull-down for "Print on both sides" where you can select "No", "Yes, Flip Over"; or "Yes, Flip Up".
