A:AnswerThank you for your question! Yes, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e can scan and copy double-sided just like how it prints double-sided. There is a duplex mechanism in the top feeder (ADF) as well.
A:AnswerI own an HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e purchased from Best Buy. The USB port for printing on the Printer is blocked off and taped over with a picture of a USB connector with a line through it. HP says this printer can be connected via USB but I believe that is NOT the case. Can someone make it clear to me?
A:AnswerThank you for your question on this new HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e. You do have the option of plugging it into a computer either via USB or ethernet. Additionally, Instant Ink is not required for this printer and can only be used if the printer is connected via wi-fi to the internet. The ink cartridges are readily available and even offer an EvoMore option, which gives you double the ink of the standard yield cartridges for a better value.
A:AnswerHello, Jeff, and thank you for your question. Yes, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e can fax via a traditional land line to both send and receive faxes.
A:AnswerThe first thing to do is to disconnect the power cord, and then hold the "on/off" button for at least 30 seconds. That will discharge any capacitors in the printer, and then plug it back in, and see if it turns on and off normally. If it doesn't, you'll need to take it to your local Best Buy and have the Geek Squad take a look at it.
A:AnswerHello Mich and thanks for asking. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e will print however it is told to by your computer's software, so the software, not the printer, would govern the number of items to print and how to print them.
A:AnswerThere is no way to lock in the paper tray for 8.5x11 paper. it only locks for A4 and 8.5 x 14". This is a crazy flaw and possibly means these trays were intended for Europe and not US use; maybe this is why they were on sale but it would be nice to tell people. I taped in a width of soft foam at the end of the tray to block it at the right distance.
