Thank you for your question on this new HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e. You do have the option of plugging it into a computer either via USB or ethernet. Additionally, Instant Ink is not required for this printer and can only be used if the printer is connected via wi-fi to the internet. The ink cartridges are readily available and even offer an EvoMore option, which gives you double the ink of the standard yield cartridges for a better value.
