A:AnswerWe purchased the HP Wireless Officejet 4630 in store. The salesperson offered the Ink Delivery Plan after we made the decision. Since it was presented as an Option, I assume that you would be able to buy the printer without the plan. You may want to check your local BestBuy to be sure, but as far as I know, we were NOT required to purchase an ink plan. We did choose the plan, but it was because we didn't know how much ink we needed. We were also told we could opt out of the plan at a later date.
A:AnswerMy experience is that it will continue printing with low ink, it will not, however continue printing if the cartridge is empty. Also... HP printers only recognize their own cartridge... the 'refilled' replacements wont be recognized...
A:AnswerMy first cartridges for color and black and white lasted for over 500 pages. I am only on my second set now an they are still almost full at about 200 pages. Cartridges for the 4630 last forever. Best capacity I have seen in all the printers I have owned.
A:AnswerFirst make sure that in your word processor, select the paper type. This would be envelope and choose the correct size of the envelope. Empty the paper tray of any paper and put the envelope in this tray, sliding the tabs so the envelope fits. The envelopes flap should face up and to the right. Hit print and you should be good to go. Or go to hp website and search for the user manual for the officejet 4630, it is explained along with illustrations.
