• No, proprietary connection to motherboard prevents an aftermarket PSU upgrade.

• I have a spare 500W EVGA that does not fit. It's a standard size that fit my previous HP. This looks to be similar to a PSU that would be needed for a slimline style PC.

• The manufacturer of this PC has a parts section. Look for: part #L10875-800. 310 watt gold PSU.

• Any PSU should work. I tend to prefer only ones that are gold rated or higher.
