This is not typical. Are you sure the computer is turning off and not entering a hibernating state? Could you try holding the power button for 30 seconds and then seeing if it will turn on afterwards. If that does not work I recommend reaching out to HP support or Best Buy Geek Squad to assist with troubleshooting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have no such problem with mine. Just a couple thoughts, have you updated the computer on a regular basis? When I got mine there were numerous updates that had to be done. Afterwards I checked for updates daily through settings. I do not use automatic updates as I prefer to review the update first. Second, shutting down the machine properly is a must. So far I like this HP over the Dell I had in the past. Lastly if you cannot resolve the problem contact tech support. Bud
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've only had this pc for about a week, but find the power button sometimes difficult to use. It is so tiny and barely pushes in when I go to turn it on. Been working ok the last few days though.
