A:AnswerWhen you’re going to print something look at the print preview, if you can. I have tried to print some things that you don’t get what you think your going print. So far I haven’t had problems with my iPhone.
A:AnswerThe scan function on the printer menu can scan something and output it as a pdf file on a USB drive, or a network location, or send as an email. To do emails or network locations requires some additional setup, but nothing extra is needed to put the pdf file on a USB drive you have plugged into it.
A:AnswerHello Brenda and thanks for asking. The HP Smart Tank 7602 can print on media up to 110 lb. cardstock. Please be sure to only use sticker and vinyl sheets rated for ink jet printers. When printing on heavy media like card stock or vinyl or labels, it is important to tell the printer AND the printer driver to expect heavy paper. You should fill the tray to no more than 75% normal capacity as marked to ensure quality print results and avoid jams, and you might need to print only one sheet at a time. I am unable to assist you with your current HP printer. Please contact HP Support. They can help you with your question.
