“I cannot get the printer to scan to email. After putting in all the settings, which is very complicated, I keep getting an error on the printer that says “an internal processing error has occurred. Try again or manually check the former updates.”

• I haven’t tried to scan to my computer, I use a usb drive then if I want to save something to my computer I’ll download it.
