“Can I get it without Windows 10? I would like to get this for my job, but the required software for remote access that I need for it is not Windows 10 compatible.”

• Last I checked, there was a Windows 8 version that came with free upgrade to Windows 10. It was selling for $100-200 dollars cheaper than the one that has Windows 10 already installed. Check with Best Buy or HP.

• There are still a few Windows 8.1 units around. Check bestbuy.com

• This HP PC is warranted as configured. This HP PC has Microsoft Windows 10 operating system. I recommend contacting Microsoft for any downgrade possibilities.
