A: Most laptops don't have a number pad, unless they are large (15+ inches in screen size). There's no room! However, the keyboards usually have a number pad overlaid on the right hand side of the keyboard (e.g. using U I O J K L and M keys). You can access these numeric keys using the fn/Function key.
Q: Does the HP Spectre 360 with 512 GB have dedicated graphics?
A: Well, it kinda depends on what you mean. No dedicated video card like an Nvidia, but it does have an Intel 5500 graphics system. It uses shared memory, so in that sense it is not dedicated. Bottom line, if you are looking to play games this should be passable for older games but probably not so much for anything from the last couple of years. This is a great general purpose laptop.

Q: Battery life hit with QHD & 512 gig SSD
A: I've been using the HP Spectre 4102dx for college for a short while. The QHD screen is simply marvelous and the battery doesn't seem to take much of hit. Standby time is incredible! I've had it in standby for 48 hrs and it lost only 5%! I haven't plugged it in three or four days with intermittent use and it still has 23%! Excellent computer!

A: You need the extra power of the i7! It is worth it. The battery lasts a long time compared to a laptop with a HD.
Q: Model: 13-4102dx - Any overheating issues when computer is used in tablet mode?
A: There are also air vents on the left side of the computer that aren't affected when in tablet mode. I have not had any overheating issues, but I use it mostly in laptop mode.
