It's the new thunderbolt port which is a USB 3.1 c

The 2 USB-C ports are different, but both support DP 1.2

1 is Thunderbolt™ 3 (Data up to 40 GB/s, Power Delivery, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge)
1 is USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data up to 5 GB/s, Power Delivery, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge)

As far as 2 type A devices, you'll need an adapter or a usb hub, as the computer only has 1 - USB/A
