A:AnswerIf you are buying a laptop, you want a VR ready laptop. All will come with a Nvidia 1050, Nvidia 1060, Nvidia 1070 or the highest end, most expensive, Nvidia 1080. The 1050 is the low end. Pick the best one you can afford. If money is no object go for the 1070 or 1080, if it is, I'd go for the 1060. Same goes for any desktop you buy. It will have one of these cards if you want to run VR.

Contacted HTC Tec support they gave a few others to try but they didn't work. Sent the head set in for repair. HTC is telling me to pay $270.00 for the repair. they say its water damaged. How can you make something that gets strapped to your body (head) and not make it water (sweat) proof. I own watches and phones that are water proof. And for the head set not to be is a manufacturer flaw. Also HTC changed the wording of their warrantee from does not cover water damage other than perspiration to does not cover water damage. So now I'll have to contact a lawyer , BBB and consumer protection agency

If they don't have stock they will order it and ship it to the store. This could take a couple extra days. A:AnswerBe careful if you are buying when it is on backorder. I just received mine, defective controller out of the box. They asked me to ask bestbuy to replace . They don't have it. Then they ask me to ship it, on my expense for repair only, as they offer no replacement anymore! Oh, and they will update the disclaimer they gave me, clearly stating a replacement option which they declined. I would not recommend given that kind of irresponsible behavior. It seems they are rushing out devices with poor quality control and not backing it up with enough supply to replace when appropriate, putting consumer and retailers at odds
