Be careful if you are buying when it is on backorder. I just received mine, defective controller out of the box. They asked me to ask bestbuy to replace . They don't have it. Then they ask me to ship it, on my expense for repair only, as they offer no replacement anymore! Oh, and they will update the disclaimer they gave me, clearly stating a replacement option which they declined. I would not recommend given that kind of irresponsible behavior. It seems they are rushing out devices with poor quality control and not backing it up with enough supply to replace when appropriate, putting consumer and retailers at odds
