• It will run anything very well, even about 30 fps in 4k (It stutters in 4k though)

• This PC will run both of these games no question. Blizzard recommends a 660 and this comes with a 1060, I haven't seen it run at 4K so you may have to turn the settings down a bit, but you'll be able to run it. Add me on the LinusTechTips forum if you have other questions, username is Prophet_M

• 60+ fps on max settings, usually greater than 90fps for Overwatch.

• This PC should be able to run CS:GO well over 100 FPS and Overwatch possibly close or over 100. Depending on your monitor, internet connection and settings.
