“I am currently dumbfounded on how to control the lighting please help. I've tried the remote with the baterry in both ways and the remote does nothing. Any suggestions. Should I just call Ibuypower support?”

you might need to open the tower and at the bottom of the tower you should see a cord sticking up point it towards the glass
