A:AnswerThis should have the processing and memory horsepower to do most video editing. I use Corel Video X9 Pro to do voice overs and render at full HD (1920x1080) for my gaming videos with no issues. Note that you can buy and install 2 more 8gb memory sticks (check website for compatible) to double memory to 32gb.
A:AnswerThe C drive is the SSD (solid state drive) and it has windows and other essentials saved to it because SSDs are a lot faster but more expensive than your standard hard drive (the D: drive). So it has less memory than the D drive to keep costs down but they put it in there to load up windows and other stuff a lot faster. Just save most of your stuff on the D drive and save the C drive for stuff you want loaded up quickly.
