“Is the display on the front, when in wifi mode, suppose to indicate the current temperature inside the freezer or the temperature that the freezer is set at? Is the display suppose to be lit at all times or only after you tap the lock symbol for 3 sec?”

• The front display showed the temp it was set to. It seemed to fluctuate between -10 and 0 after connecting with the app for some reason. Display is not lit all the time. I exchanged this one with Frigidaire Model: FFFU14F2QW, SKU: 9880215 beause of the strong chemical smell this unit was emitting in my basement.

• The display on the front only shows the temp that the unit is set at and only stays on for about three seconds.
