A:AnswerIt just goes down either side of your back, just beside where the rollers do their work right down the middle. I love it. I always turn it on. It feels great. I don’t believe at this point the heat turns on unless I’m in a massage. I’ll have to read the manual and see because that would be really nice and just to lean back and turn on the heat.

Don’t expect any help from Insignia, maker of defective products— or Best Buy— even if you pay the $200 rip-off they call “Total Tech.” This chair is junk but Best Buy’s gonna keep yer money. never been treated anything like this by any company, ever. I’m extremely laid back but I don’t want anymore good people throwing away their hard earned money on this 200 lb paperweight.
