A:AnswerIt just goes down either side of your back, just beside where the rollers do their work right down the middle. I love it. I always turn it on. It feels great. I don’t believe at this point the heat turns on unless I’m in a massage. I’ll have to read the manual and see because that would be really nice and just to lean back and turn on the heat.

I’m extremely laid back but I don’t want anymore good people throwing away their hard earned money on this 200 lb paperweight.
